Information we process
LightningSet processes account details, verified recovery contact information, Salesforce identity identifiers, workspace activity, and the metadata or deployment artifacts needed to provide the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, connect authorized Salesforce orgs, perform requested comparisons and deployments, enforce entitlements, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Security and retention
Credentials are encrypted at rest and access is scoped to authorized workspace operations. Retention depends on the record type, workspace plan, legal obligations, and safety requirements such as deployment history and rollback evidence.
Your choices
You can disconnect Salesforce orgs, update account information, export supported records, or contact us about access and deletion requests. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or legal compliance.
